Date: Friday-Sunday, March 25-27, 2011


Time: Registration Friday at 6:00 p.m.—Good-byes/Departure Sunday at 11:45 a.m. (both at First Baptist Church)

Location: First Baptist Church (700 East Olive Street), Marshalltown High School (1602 South 2nd Ave.), and Lenihan Middle School (212 W. Ingledue)

Student Housing: Students will be housed at either First Baptist Church or Lenihan Middle School.

Adult Housing: Rooms have been reserved at the Best Western for adults.  The reserved rooms feature two- queen beds and are non-smoking. They’re available for $55/night by contacting Ashley Lewis at the state office (515-727-1868 or by email). You must contact her no later than March 9 to ensure you will have a room for that weekend.    

Hotel Payment:
You will pay the Central/Western Iowa FCA office for your room, not the hotel.  This can be done by one of the following ways:
1. Send a check payable to FCA to 2600 Grand Avenue, Suite 114  Des Moines, IA  50312
2. Call (515) 727-1868 with your Credit Card number        

Cost: We’re offering an Early Bird Registration prior to March 7th, 2011.  Make note below of your particular level of payment.  Take advantage of the savings and register early!

Packing List: It is necessary is bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towels, toiletries, Bible, pencil/pen, notebook, workout gear, and casual clothes.  You may also bring spending money for FCA merchandise that will be available during the weekend.

STEP ONE:

If you are a college student who would like to be a Huddle Leader during the retreat, contact Jan Werling at 515-727-1868 or by email.
Register each person (adult, student, and child) by one of these options:

  1. Online Registration
  2. Download the form: print and complete a registration form and mail it with your registration fees to Jan Sipe, 1704 Olson Way, Marshalltown, IA  50158

All printed forms should be mailed to Jan Sipe, 1704 Olson Way, Marshalltown, IA  50158.

STEP TWO: Health Record and Consent for Treatment Form
To participate in this event, we must have a signed Health form AND Wavier of Liability form. We would appreciate you mailing both forms to Jan Sipe, 1704 Olson Way, Marshalltown, IA  50158, prior to March 18th, 2011.  However, if you would prefer you may bring them to registration on the 25th.  Just remember, if we don’t have them, you will not be able to participate.
